Refund policy

Jolie Peau is an online store that sells products for Sorella Apothecary, Future Cosmetics, Auteur, Leonor Greyl and these brands will not accept returns for the following:

Allergic Reactions
General Dissatisfaction
Opened/Used products
Sample Kits
Products Purchased at Tradeshows
Products purchased from a spa carrying Sorella Apothecary products

If your product was damaged in transit please email beautybyninak@gmail.com within 48 hours with picture proof of the damaged item. Once approved a replacement will be sent.

Sorella Apothecary only accepts returns for damaged products bought directly from www.sorellaapothecary.com. If you have a defective or damaged item purchased from an authorized Sorella Apothecary partner, please contact them directly.

Jolie Peau is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. All shipping claims will need to be filed by the customer with the shipping company used.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
